Sex and Relationship Therapy is a talking therapy for people struggling with anything that may be affecting their relationships, sexuality or ability to have a happy and healthy sex life.
Why people speak to a Sex and Relationship Therapist:
We talk about your feelings, desires, and those awkward moments that everyone experiences but few discuss! I offer a safe space to laugh, cry, and rediscover what makes your sexuality and relationships unique!
It's important to remember that this is talking therapy only, no physical examinations are involved. Everyone keeps their clothes on!

Where: All online sessions are facilitated on Zoom.
How to prepare: All you need is yourself, a device to access the Zoom link (preferably a computer or laptop) and a stable Wi-Fi connection! You will be sent the Zoom link before the session.
Make sure you’re in a suitable environment to speak openly… a crowded coffee shop, bathroom or walking along the street is not! Earphones / headphones are strongly advised too!
What to expect: Starting on time, I will introduce our call and let you know what to expect moving forward. All sessions are 50 minutes, and both of our cameras will be on for the whole duration of the call.
Everyone learns differently - so depending on your style, I might share my screen (with your consent!) by showing educational slides / images, or we might create an interactive whiteboard to write ideas and thoughts down!
Where: My therapy room is based in the Devonshire Business Centre in Letchworth. The building is situated just off the A1, and a 15-minute walk from the train station.
How to prepare: You don’t need to bring anything with you, just yourself!
Arrive on time: I am unable to go over our agreed time due to other client bookings. Free parking is available on site.
What to expect: Go through the main reception doors and I will meet you on arrival. I will show you to the therapy room and we’ll get settled into the space!
Nervous? Overwhelmed? Embarrassed? That first session can bring up all sorts of feelings. Try to think of it as a chat and I will do my best to put you at ease with my calm and non-judgemental approach!
If you have any questions or concerns before booking your first session, I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone call to assess your needs and answer any queries.
This enables us to discuss the reasons you might be thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful and if I am the right therapist for you.
All enquires are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential.
